  • Support for interactive whiteboard and projection services including fault diagnosis
  • Support for all audio & visual devices, not already subject to Manufacturer’s service agreements

Other Services

  • Support and assistance with ICT system procurement
  • Set up and support for MEWAN portal and connectivity
  • Remote diagnostics and software support

Digitech are able to offer full or part assistance with the following additional services which do not form part of the SLA:

  • Wireless Network Infrastructure and Support
  • Network Infrastructure cabling
  • Supply and installation of network equipment, including laptops, desktops, servers and other active devices

  • The installation of interactive whiteboard and projection services, Video Conferencing systems, IP monitoring and surveillance systems
