Interactive Displays, Audio & Visual
- Support for interactive whiteboard and projection services including fault diagnosis
- Support for all audio & visual devices, not already subject to Manufacturer’s service agreements
Other Services
The other key services offered by Digitech as part of your SLA are:
- Support and assistance with ICT system procurement
- Set up and support for MEWAN portal and connectivity
- Remote diagnostics and software support
Digitech are able to offer full or part assistance with the following additional services which do not form part of the SLA:
- Wireless Network Infrastructure and Support
- Network Infrastructure cabling
- Supply and installation of network equipment, including laptops, desktops, servers and other active devices
- ICT Classroom Design and Build
- Additional Technical Support and Consultancy
- The installation of interactive whiteboard and projection services, Video Conferencing systems, IP monitoring and surveillance systems
