This new build scheme, as well as being the Home of St Helens Chamber, offers flexible, ‘grow-on’ nursery units for new start up companies.

The flexible office accommodation offers flexible offices and nursery units for new start up companies as well as being the HQ for the chamber.

Working in conjunction with ASP Security systems, Digitech were commissioned to provide a structured cabling system to support the ‘flexible’ user population together with security connectivity throughout the building.

The result was the installation of 1000 Cat 6 user connection points distributed over three floors via 2 x primary BDF locations. In addition, and through direct contact with the client, Digitech provided add on value services by way of audio visual systems and interactive whiteboard and presentation systems from Smart Technologies to IT meeting rooms and presentation suites within the Chambers office areas.
